Throughout the year, Seabery has participated in several international trade shows and conferences. - Didacta Germany, held annually, it is one of the largest education and training fairs in Europe. In February 2024, the event took place in Stuttgart, gathering educators, trainers, and innovators from across the world to explore the latest advancements in learning technologies. .
- Didacta Italy, the Italian edition of DIDACTA, held in Florence in March, continues to attract thousands of professionals focused on educational technologies. Seabery’s participation underscored the importance of the Italian market for advanced training solutions. Italy has long been a hub for industrial innovation, and Soldamatic’s presence at this event emphasized Seabery’s commitment to driving the future of welding education through immersive AR-based technology.
- FabTech Mexico, which took place in Monterrey in May, is a premier event for the manufacturing and welding industries in America. With a focus on technological advancements in welding, fabrication, and metalworking, FabTech Mexico provided Seabery with a unique opportunity to showcase Soldamatic to key players in the region. The event was essential in demonstrating how Soldamatic can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs in a growing market for industrial automation and training.
- LearnTec Germany, held in Karlsruhe in June 2024, LearnTec is Germany’s leading trade fair for digital education. This event highlighted how AR-based training solutions are not just transforming vocational education, but also the way businesses are equipping their workforce for the future.
- EuroBlech Germany, held in Hannover in October, is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for sheet metal working. Seabery showcased its innovations at the event, where Soldamatic took center stage as a game-changing tool for welding education, improving workforce competency and operational efficiency.
Augmented Reality Welding Competitions
In addition to these international worldwide trade shows, Seabery has also organized and participated in Augmented Reality Welding Competitions. These competitions allow students and trainees to compete and measure their welding skills while experiencing the Augmented Reality Technology of Soldamatic.
- Japan Welding Show, in May 2024, Seabery took part in the Japan Welding Show and organized an AR Welding Competition. Held in Tokyo, this event is one of Asia’s largest gatherings for the welding industry. The competition gave participants the opportunity to compete using Soldamatic, enhancing the realism and interactivity of the experience.
- Taiwan Competition, in July 2024, Seabery organized and AR Welding Competition in Taiwan. Held in Taipei, this competition attracted top-tier welding trainees from the region.
- Welding & Cutting Automation Korea, held in October 2024 in Seoul, it brought together the best in automation, welding, and cutting technologies. Seabery showcased its expertise by organizing a welding competition that utilized Soldamatic’s AR training solution.
- Thailand Competition, closing out the year, Seabery took part in the Thailand Welding Competition in December 2024. This event will serve as an important platform to showcase Soldamatic’s capabilities in the Southeast Asian market while allowing trainees to experience the AR technology while competing with other welders.

In addition to face-to-face events and competitions, webinars represent an increasingly present and relevant event format worldwide. These webinars make it easier and faster for speakers and companies from all over the world to present and collaborate with each other.

- Soldamatic Robotics x ABB, in April 2024, Seabery partnered with ABB, a top global company in robotics, to host a joint webinar focused on the collaboration between Robotics and Augmented Reality in welding training. By integrating Soldamatic with ABB’s robotic solutions, Seabery highlighted the potential for highly automated and realistic training environments.
- Soldamatic Robotics x FANUC,in May 2024, Seabery continued its collaboration with top robotics players by partnering with FANUC for another impactful webinar. This session delved into the role of robotics in enhancing welding training programs, showcasing how Soldamatic’s AR system can be used in tandem with FANUC’s robotic arms to create realistic and efficient training experiences for the welding workforce.
- Soldamatic Robotixs x Universal Robots x Smooth Robotics, in November 2024, Seabery teamed up with Universal Robots and Smooth Robotics to host a groundbreaking webinar. This session focused on how cobots and robots can be integrated into welding training programs, with Soldamatic playing a central role in simulating and enhancing the learning process.
