DESCRIPTION

This welding course is designed under international rules UNE EN-ISO 9606-1:2017. With basic theoretical contents, evaluation questionnaires and practical exercises that will help the welder to acquire the required abilities needed to face the homologation test on the workshop. The rank obtained once it is homologated, are the following:

  • Plate welding (P) in angle (FW) from 3 mm. of thickness in advance (unlimited), in positions of welding PA, PB, PC, PD and PE.
  • Tube fixed welding (T) with an external diameter greater or equal to 500 mm. in position of welding PB, PC, PD from 3 mm. of thickness in advance.
  • Tube rotating welding with a diameter greater or equal to 75 mm. in PA, PB, PC, PD and PE position from 3 mm. of thickness in advance.

Target

To acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for the qualification plate (P) Welding test in (FW) angle of 10 mm of thickness in PF position. Process 135 in carbon steel.

Format

It will be displayed on the Simulator and on Soldamatic e-learning in PDF format.
